1 pound ground Turkey
1/2 cup onion, minced
6 oz canned tomato paste
1/2 cup salsa
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup low-fat cheddar or colby cheese
10 large taco shell
Instructions:
Brown turkey with minced onion. Add paste, salsa, parsley and salt to crock pot. Add turkey and stir. Cover; cook on low 4-5 hours.
